Winter Raffle

Enter our winter raffle today, sponsored by Inglewood House Hotel & Spa in Alloa!

Our raffle is now open and the top prize is an amazing night for two in a woodland pod at Inglewood House Hotel and Spa.

You could be in with a chance of winning by following these two easy steps:

1. Buy your Winter Raffle tickets online now and choose up to 100 tickets, and select how you’d like to pay on our secure site.

2. We’ll then send you an email with your raffle ticket numbers. Keep it safe so you can see if you’ve won one of the three fabulous prizes when the draw takes place. It’s as easy as that!

Many of our raffle supporters give an extra gift. You can simply add your donation to the online entry form, if that’s what you’d like to do. If you are able to, we would love you to Gift Aid your donation if you can.

How to enter by post

Alternatively, we can send you raffle tickets by post. Just send us a quick email with your address and how many books that you would like and we’ll send them to you. Please don’t forget to ask family and friends if they’d like to buy some too. 

What happens next?

Entries for the Winter Raffle will close on Monday 1st January 2018 and the draw date will be on Friday 5th January 2018. After the draw, we’ll contact you if you’re one of our lucky winners and announce the winning tickets online.

Frequently asked questions

  • How much do the raffle tickets cost and how many can I buy?

Raffle tickets cost just £1 each. You may purchase more than one ticket but the maximum number of tickets is one hundred (£100) per raffle. Payment to enter the raffle must be made in advance of the draw date. Any payment received after the draw date will be treated as a donation.

  • How can I enter the raffle?

You can enter the raffle online or you can request tickets by post.

  • Who can I sell raffle tickets to? Can I sell them door to door?

You can buy tickets for yourself or you can sell them to friends, family and people at work, but it is illegal to sell them door to door.

  • How old do you have to be to sell/buy tickets?

It is illegal to sell raffle tickets to children under the age of 16, and for people under 16 to sell raffle tickets.

  • What should I do with the tickets I can’t sell?

Sell as many as you can and then return the ones you haven't, together with the money and stubs from the ones you have sold.

  • How do I pay you the money?

Please make sure that all of your ticket stubs are filled in correctly and send a cheque or postal order made out to Scottish Autism and post it to: Fundraising Department, Scottish Autism, Hilton House, Whins Rd, Alloa, FK10 3SA.

  • How can I send an additional donation along with my raffle ticket money?

If, like many of our raffle supporters, you wish to make an additional donation, simply send it to us when you return your tickets stubs with the money you raised through your ticket sales. Also you can make a donation online.

  • What details need to be completed on the raffle ticket stubs?

The purchaser's name and full address need to be clearly written. It’s useful to add a daytime phone number too, as we always try to contact winners by telephone first.

  • Can I just complete the first stub of the book?

Every ticket is entered individually and has an equal chance of winning, so we do need the purchaser's details on each ticket stub please.

  • What address do I send them to?

  • When will the raffle be drawn?

Entries for the Winter Raffle will close on Monday 1st January, 2018 and the draw date will be on Friday 5th January, 2018. Winners will be notified by post, email or telephone within two weeks of the draw date. A list of winners will also be published on our raffle page and via social media pages. Where Scottish Autism is unable to contact a prize-winner, so that a prize remains unclaimed for six months, following Scottish Autism’s first attempt to notify the prize-winner, Scottish Autism may apply the prize as it sees fit, including re-offering the prize in future raffles.

  • Can I get a list of the winners?

A list of the latest prize draw winners is published online shortly after each draw. It helps reduce our costs if you view the results online. However if you do require a printed version, please enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope with your entry. The winners listed will then be posted to you shortly after the draw. You can also obtain a list of winners by emailing or ringing us on 01259 720044.

  • I don’t want to receive raffle tickets from you, how can I stop this?

  • I’ve won a prize! When can I use it?
