Please let us know your t-shirt size. We kindly ask that all spectators or helpers purchase a t-shirt from our shop as this helps keep our costs down to ensure that more of your donations go directly to helping people with autism.

While fundraising for Scottish Autism you will be representing us.

By completing this form you are agreeing to:

Promote the work of Scottish Autism accurately and in a positive and appropriate manner
Be honest with supporters and donors about the objectives of your fundraising activity
Seek prior permission for the use of the logo or name of Scottish Autism
At no time endanger health and safety of yourself or any other person
That either party may terminate this agreement by written notice
To meet an agreed minimum sponsorship target (only applicable when Scottish Autism covers the cost of an event entry fee on your behalf)
We may wish to use the photos you provide to us to promote the work and fundraising activities of Scottish Autism, if you do not wish this please specify this at the time of sending.

All funds raised in the name of Scottish Autism are the property of Scottish Autism and should be forwarded to the organisation within one month of receipt of the donation.
