Our interview process is values based and it is usually an interview. There are no trick questions and everyone is friendly! We provide interview questions in advance to support autistic applicants. We schedule interviews regularly and so the turn-around time is short. Once offered a post, again we will be in contact to confirm and get organised for you starting.

All offers of employment are subject to satisfactory references, relevant Disclosure Scotland checks, right to work, Occupational Health check and evidence to support relevant qualification / registration status required for the role. Please don’t be put off by this- these are simpler and quicker than it might seem. If new to social care we will support you with every step.
